Light weight and Amazing Bracelet better than Expected (The hook is little small)

Frankly speaking the unboxing was itself a treat and it looks absolutely stunning its light weight for daily use and looks properly constructed with a hook lock(it is a bit small) that secures the bracelet in its place.
It is delightful and beautiful product
Love the bracelet. The design, the quality and the packaging are top notch. However the exchange policy could have been better. After returning I had to wait for almost a month to receive my exchange product.
The refund policy and replacement policy could have been better.
Talking about the quality of product. It's good to use and quality of material is also good. But considering the price pint it's quite high for tear 2 and tear 3 City.
The best part about your product is the design. There is no doubt. No other sellers sell such kind of bracelet.
