We ship within 2-3 working days of receiving an order. (Please note that shipping time is exceptional on non-working days including Sundays and public holidays)Thereafter, it will usually take between 1-6 days to reach you depending on your location. We'll send you an email with tracking details when it's an route.
If you wrote a wrong delivery address, contact us to support@misobysonia.com before the order has been sent. Once the order has been sent, it cannot be modified.
If you need your order urgently, email us on support@misobysonia.com and we'll do our best to get it to you asap.

RETURNS OR EXCHANGE
If you're not happy with the fit of your purchase, we offer exchanges. Shipping is externally charged ₹125.

- To be eligible for exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with the original packaging and exchange tags.
- You have 3 calendar days to exchange an item from the date you received it.
- Exchange is only possible in case of size issues on size variation products only.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Exchange is only possible once.
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it.
- We will notify you of the status of your exchange after inspecting the item.
All sales made are final and cannot be refunded or cancelled once payment has been processed and the order is confirmed. We do not accept returns.
WARRANTY
We stand behind the quality of our jewellery. MISO jewellery is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase, provided the item was purchased from our online store www.misobysonia.com
• Defects in materials and workmanship for both Stainless Steel and 925 Silver Jewellery.
• Stainless Steel jewellery is additionally warranted against colour loss or fading.
• Report any defects within 14 days of receipt or within the warranty period.
• Improper use, third-party repair, negligent handling, wear and tear, damage due to normal use (e.g. scratches), misuse, or accidental damage
• Color loss or fading for 925 Silver jewellery (paid polishing service available)
