It is easy to wear, but please Note that Non-pierced hoop is meant to wear for 3-4 hours only. It can be painful after that. This piece is truly designed to wear it occasionally for the people who don't want to get piercing. Avoid purchasing it if you have extremely sensitive ears.
Pierced:
It is extremely comfortable, meant to wear 24/7.
