Shipping Time:

Products are shipped out within 1-4 working days, unless a different shipping timeline is

For pre-order items, please note they will be shipped within

Orders cannot be cancelled once

For COD orders, ₹120 is collected as a non-refundable security amount and is deducted from the total payable amount at the time of delivery.

If you're not happy with the fit of your purchase?

• Exchanges Allowed, But Subject to Product Availability.
• Exchanges are allowed only if the product is available in stock. If the requested size
  is unavailable, you may opt for an alternative product of equal value or wait for
  restocking.
• Exchange requests must be made within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.

Eligibility Criteria:

• The product must be unused, in original packaging, with exchange tags attached.
  
• Exchange is only applicable for size issues on products with available size
  variations.
  
• Shipping Charges & Conditions:
• Exchange shipping is charged at ₹125.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Only one exchange per order is allowed.

Inspection & Processing:

• Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected before approval for exchange.
• You will be notified of the exchange status after the inspection process.

Returns Policy: We strive to deliver the highest quality products. As a general policy:

• No returns or exchanges are offered for items delivered in the best of condition.
• Custom-made orders cannot be cancelled once processed.
• If the product is delivered in error (e.g., does not match the order confirmation) or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect, we will re-fulfill your order upon

For any missing or damaged product concerns, an unboxing video is required and will be considered as the only valid proof for a replacement.

We stand behind the quality of our jewellery. MISO jewellery is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase, provided the item was purchased from our online store www.misobysonia.com
