Our team is available Monday to Saturday between 11 AM and 5 PM.

Please be informed that the warranty is applicable only on purchases made through our official online store, www.misobysonia.com, and we do not provide customer care services via Instagram DMs or phone calls.

Important Update:  This warranty policy is effective for orders placed on or after 5th September 2024 , 9PM IST. Orders placed prior to this date and time are not eligible for this warranty program.
Each product warranty can be claimed only once during the warranty period.
