Return & Exchange Policy

All sales made for this product are final. Once the payment is processed and the order is confirmed, the order cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Due to the nature of the product and its mixed metal finish, we do not offer returns or exchanges for colour changes, oxidisation, scratches, dents, tarnishing, fading, accidental damage, or personal preference after delivery.

Our products are only covered against manufacturing faults, subject to verification by our team.

Lighter Case Care 101

• Keep it Dry
  Avoid exposure to water, sweat, perfume, lotions, sanitizers, and harsh chemicals, as they may affect the finish of the lighter case.
• Store Smart
  When not in use, keep the lighter case in a dry place to reduce moisture exposure and maintain its finish.
• Clean Gently
  Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the surface. Do not use harsh cleaners, alcohol-based products, or abrasive materials, as they may damage the polish or coating.
• Handle with Care
  The finish is durable, but not scratch-proof. Avoid drops, rough handling, excessive rubbing, and contact with sharp objects to keep the case looking its best.

Warranty Coverage
Our products are guaranteed against manufacturing faults only. This does not cover colour changes, oxidisation, scratches, dents, fading, tarnishing, damage from moisture or chemicals, accidental damage, or misuse.

MISO lighter cases are crafted using a mix of metals such as copper, silver-toned metal, and steel to achieve their unique finish, weight, and structure. Since mixed metal surfaces can naturally react with moisture, sweat, perfume, chemicals, friction, and air exposure, slight colour changes, oxidisation, or darkening may happen over time. This is normal and is not considered a manufacturing defect.
